Different Fires! Unquenchable fire? Furnace of Fire Lake of fire? Maggots living in fire?	Two incompatible methods of destruction if taken literally: Are the wicked eaten by maggots, inside a man-made furnace of fire, which is then set in the middle of a lake of fire?
